  • Dynamic

    This is a dynamic flow class where breath and movement are synchronized to create a continuous rhythm. Through fluid sequences, you’ll strengthen and unlock your body, build flexibility, and develop focus in a steady, mindful state. The practice is designed to energize you while grounding and balancing both body and mind—leaving you feeling centered, empowered, and recharged.

  • Base

    A slow and refined movement practice that builds steadiness, strength, and awareness through the body. This class invites you to slow down, tune in, and refine your movements. Suitable for all levels and it’s a supportive way to return to the foundations and create a steady, balanced mind and body.

  • Unwind

    A calming class that blends long, deep stretches with myofascial release techniques to unlock your body and release tension in the muscles, fascia, and connective tissues. This practice helps slow down your nervous system, ease stress, and leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. Perfect as a recovery or reset, it’s a supportive way to restore balance in both body and mind.

  • Mobility

    This class blends strength and flexibility training to improve your active range of motion and help you move with more ease. Through purposeful movements, you’ll build balanced strength, unlock greater mobility, and address imbalances in the body. It’s an ideal practice for active recovery, as a warm-up before other activities, or as injury prevention.

  • Calisthenics

    A bodyweight workout that develops strength, flexibility, and coordination through precise, controlled movements. Using minimal equipment, this class supports you in building body awareness, refining movement patterns, and unlocking your full movement potential. It’s a well-rounded practice that encourages you to find balance between strength, control, mobility, and coordination.

  • Flexibility

    This class focuses on a series of active stretches designed to increase your range of motion, improve flexibility, and release tension from the muscles and fascia. It’s a perfect complement to your weekly routine that will support recovery, prevent stiffness, and enhance your overall movement practice. Expect to leave feeling more open, mobile, and free in your body.

  • Slow Flow

    A gentle practise following the method of yin and yang. Start with some gentle fluid movements close to the floor to loosen up any rigidity from your day. Closing the practise with some longer held gentle postures to release deep layers of tension. A great place to start if your newer to yoga. All levels welcome, pregnancy safe.

  • Pilates Align

    A dynamic and challenging workout that focuses on isolating and toning individual muscles through precise movements and proper alignment. With an emphasis on controlled breathing, improving strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting injury prevention and endurance.

  • Pilates Sculpt

    Sculpt delivers a slow burn that hits exactly where it counts. Expect precise, deliberate movement that builds deep muscular strength and endurance. Using a mix of equipment and body weight, this class brings the fire. Every rep is felt. Every layer is worked.

  • Pilates Power

    Power is Pilates with weights. Designed to build full-body strength and control, this class trades pulses for powerful lifts using 4–10kg dumbbells. It’s all about clean form, heavier loads, and progressive challenge.

  • Reformer Ignite

    A dynamic, full-body reformer workout designed to build strength, endurance, and control. This class uses layered sequences that progressively challenge your body while keepin technique and alignment front of mind. You'll work through exercises that challenge your body, build stength, and improve control. Expect to sweat and a solid workout that leaves you stronger, more confident and fully switched on by the end of the session.

  • Reformer Ignite+

    A modern, full-body reformer class designed to take your practice to the next level. Ignite+ combines complex sequencing, layered challenges and the use of additional equipment to target strength, stability, control and confidence. With a focus on precise technique, alignment and continuous movement, this Sculpt Division signature class offers a more elevated full body workout thats structured to take you further. Best suited to those with some reformer experience. Ignite+ is not reccomended for beginners or individuals who are pregnant.
