Sculpt delivers a slow burn that hits exactly where it counts. Expect precise, deliberate movement that builds deep muscular strength and endurance. Using a mix of equipment and body weight, this class brings the fire.

  • A dynamic and challenging workout that focuses on isolating and toning individual muscles through precise movements and proper alignment. Mindful emphasis on controlled breathing, improving strength, flexibility, and balance.

  • Our signature 45-minute big energy, low impact, turbo burn sculpting session incorporates mat and barre pilates using light weights and pilates props to build strength, promote endurance and create a natural high.

  • A low-impact, full-body pilates workout focusing on building muscle and supporting mobility. This is followed by the Tummo method breath work which will activate your "inner fire". Finish with ice for a complete practise.

FAQ—PILATES IN BYRON BAY

  • Yes. Pilates Align and Reformer Ignite are both beginner-friendly, and our coaches scale every exercise. Locals can try their first three days on us, no card required.

  • Reformer uses the spring-loaded machine for resistance-based strength and control. Mat uses body weight on the floor. Most members mix the two through the week.

  • Activewear, grip socks (we stock them at reception), and a water bottle. Towels, mats, and reformers are provided. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class.

  • Yes — Byron locals get their first three days free. No credit card, no catch. Book your first class and we'll take care of the rest.

  • Inside Social Remedy at 1A Banksia Drive, Byron Bay — Arts and Industrial Estate. Free on-site parking, 5 minutes from town.

  • That's the whole idea. Sauna, steam, cold plunge, infrared, hyperbaric, compression, IV, and massage are all on site. Limitless members get one ice/sauna/steam session a week included.

  • Pilates Align, Pilates Sculpt, and Reformer Ignite can all be modified for pregnancy. Ignite+ is not recommended during pregnancy. Let us know at booking so we can brief your coach.

  • Most members train 3–4 times a week and feel a real difference inside 4–6 weeks. Our 8-week programming blocks are structured to build progressively.
