WHAT IS HBOT?

A SIMPLE WAY TO GIVE

YOUR BODY MORE O2

Oxygen is the fuel behind almost every repair process in your body. HBOT works by placing you in a comfortable, pressurised chamber, so your lungs take in oxygen-enriched air at greater-than-normal atmospheric pressure.

Under that gentle pressure, more oxygen dissolves directly into your blood plasma — not just the oxygen carried by red blood cells — reaching tissues throughout the body to support recovery and regeneration.

Our chamber is a mild hyperbaric chamber operating at 1.35 ATA — a relaxing, accessible recovery experience, not a clinical hospital setting.

WHAT THE HBOT

RESEARCH TELLS US

We believe in being straight with you about what hyperbaric oxygen can and can't do — so here's the honest picture.

WELL ESTABLISHED

HOW IT WORKS

  • Supporting healthy circulation & oxygen delivery to tissues

  • Encouraging natural repair, including collagen formation

  • Supporting a balanced inflammatory response

  • Supporting cellular energy production

EMERGING

WHAT RESEARCH IS EXPLORING

Growing research into recovery, cognition, athletic performance and healthy ageing. Much is early-stage, and dramatic findings come from higher-pressure clinical chambers — so we're careful not to overstate what a mild 1.35 ATA session will do for you.

WHAT WE FOCUS ON

A calm, restorative recovery experience that supports your body's own healing and fits a wider wellness routine. If you have a specific health concern, the right first step is a conversation, not a booking.

BRING YOUR GOALS

Train hard, want to recover faster

Use HBOT in your recovery stack to feel fresher between sessions and support your body after heavy loads.

“They were going to amputate. I started the hyperbaric as soon as I could get up the stairs. It brought oxygen back to somewhere that wasn’t actually living…and it brought life back into my foot.”
