Focusing on mindfulness, strength, flexibility & wellbeing on all levels there is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the teacher.

  • Yes — casual class drop-ins are available through the timetable. Book online, pay per class. If you're visiting Byron for a few weeks, a Holiday Pass works out cheaper than rolling drop-ins. Walk-ins for classes aren't guaranteed; classes book out, so secure your spot online.

  • Yes — every group fitness class at Social Remedy has modifications, except Reformer Ignite+ which is designed for advanced reformer users. All of our instructors scale movements for the room, monitor your form, and make adjustments as needed to ensure you prevent injury.

    Some great classes to start as a beginner are our Mobility, Base (hatha yoga), and Conditioning while taking rests.

  • Yes — outdoor garage classes in Byron Bay book out fast, especially in summer and on weekends. Book through the timetable above or via the app. Garage classes run rain or shine (the garage is covered), so don't cancel for weather.

  • Yes — outdoor fitness in Byron Bay is one of Social Remedy's standout streams. The garage runs Conditioning, garage Strength, and Female specific in open air, covered against weather. It's the closest you'll get to beach training with proper equipment and programming.
